Immersion & Assessment

Weeks 1–2

I run the full H.I.S. assessment across leadership and team, review what documentation exists, and actively listen during confidential conversations that surface what people won't say in a meeting. We measure your company across Humanity, Infrastructure, and Stewardship.

Diagnosis

Weeks 2–3

I translate the findings into the language that actually moves a business: where you're leaking people, time, and money — and which gaps are urgent versus which can wait.

The Roadmap

Weeks 3–5

You receive your Workforce Roadmap: your most urgent 90-day moves, set inside a 12-month sequence for building a foundation that lasts. I will present the roadmap live and provide executive coaching, so you leave with clarity and a sequence, not a document that gathers dust.
