Investing in brilliant visionaries and ventures

GHIA RANSOME, MCM CLC
Founder & CEO
I'm Ghia—an organizational strategist who spent over a decade building people-first systems across multi-site operations. My path here wasn't linear. Before HR, I was behind the scenes creative directing and producing high-profile concerts and events. That foundation still shapes how I think: lead with humanity, build the infrastructure, and steward what you've been entrusted with.
Today I invest my expertise across three ventures: fractional HR consulting for growing companies, property management for passive investors, and real estate investing. Different lanes, same philosophy—when you invest in people and systems that work, the returns go far beyond financial. That's genius. That's Ghinius.

THE GHINIUS TAKE
NEW TAKES TWICE A WEEK
There's a conversation HR, leadership, and employees all need to have. Nobody's having it.
The decision made behind closed doors that changed everything — for someone who wasn't in the room to have a say.
The years of loyalty that ended with being passed over, without so much as a conversation before the announcement went out.
The manager fighting for more staff while their team drowns, getting told no.
The executive who names the risk out loud, and meets leaders who'd rather protect their reputation than fix what's broken.
The moments HR sees — and is pressured to stay quiet about.
These are the conversations I usually have behind closed doors. Now they're out loud, on the record.
THE GHINIUS TAKE is a twice-weekly series hosted by Ghia Ransome — HR strategist, leadership advisor, creative director, and human. Five segments, rotating. Pull up a seat.
